To help achieve this, we are upgrading our phone system from 27th January 2021 to improve the way we respond to our phone calls. When a call is answered, clients will be asked to select from just four options.
Our dedicated calls team can book clients an appointment as well as check pet’s records for repeat prescriptions including flea and worm treatment.
The introduction of this new system will allow our reception team more time to spend with our clients and their pets, giving clients more support – by either phone or when they visit the practice.
We continue to work on ways in which we can improve our customer experience.
